Effective September 1, 2015 all material being returned or cancelled will be subject to the following:
All material must be returned within 60 days of receipt of material.
Stock material will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non Stock material will be subject to manufacturer's standard restock and handling fee and shall include all applicable freight charges.
Cancellation of product prior to receiving material will be subject to those fees listed above.
IVRI will not be responsible for the transporting of returned material back to the 400 Hill Street facility.
Returned Material must be accompanied by an IVRI Return authorization number, applicable order number and a detailed listing of material being returned.
Credit will only be issued upon determination that the material is clean and free from all defects.
